Everyone at Raven is super helpful and attentive when you’re in need of something. They always make sure that you feel comfortable with what you’re doing, and help you create a plan that’s fit for you. They’re very insightful with older students that are seeking guidance for college.
I am doing my senior year of high school at Raven Correspondence School. The staff is very accommodating and love to work with you as a student. They are all very involved in the community and other locations around the state. My classes are online since it is a homeschool, and they are very educational for what I need to know for my college education. My teacher and counselor have both been there for me in applying to colleges and taking my SAT. I am grateful my little brother will also graduate from this school, they are so determined to have students be successful in their senior year.
I enjoyed being able to do school at home. I also appreciated the ability to choose the classes I would take.
Great experience, great teachers ! I recommend Raven homeschool to any other students trying homeschool during the pandemic. I had a very great opportunity to meet with the advisory teacher Mr. Tilbury who helped me find colleges after my senior year. Overall, great help from many of the teachers and they are very professional at what they do.
I have been enrolled in Raven Correspondence School since I was in Kindergarten. I really like my supervising teacher, Mrs. Richards. She helps me choose the courses that I am interested in, and is always willing to help me out if I have questions or concerns.
The staff at Raven Correspondence cares about each student as an individual and not just a percentage. They go out of their way to see you exceed and to help you reach your goals. It is the first school that I’ve attended that lets you learn at your own pace and doesn’t punish you for individuality in your studies and extracurriculars. They offer many courses and give an allotment so you can study anything you want without the worry of costs. They helped me finish high school and start taking college courses which was very beneficial as a step towards my future.
Raven Homeschool has been with me since I started school. They have helped me choose courses that will thoroughly educate me as well as keep me eligible for college sports. The staff is extremely caring and helpful.
The amount of accountability through their homeschool program is just enough to ensure excellence, but not too much to seem strangling. They have a variety of tutors and counselors available for many needs, and are always willing to help.
I like the online course options as well as the distance BYU courses offered. I graduated at 16 and wouldn't change a thing.
Faculty are very easy to work with. The teachers are always ready to help with anything. Students have access to many valuable resources.
I have reviewed several school programs for our children, but none have compared with the quality level this program maintains. The faculty are helpful, personable, and always willing to research things beyond their resource base, which is extensive.
Raven Correspondence helped me a lot. I had bad anxiety and couldn't handle being in public school at the time. My adviser helped me do everything I needed to graduate. My class were easy to do by myself which was nice and I had plenty of resources from Raven if I needed help. Thanks to them I graduated on time with a 3.5 GPA!
Raven was an amazing homeschool! They were with me every step of the way and pushed me to finish high school. They also guided me with excellent knowledge for a secondary school! The only thing I would like to see change is keeping their teachers around longer!
The teachers are helpful people however they are spread a bit thin.
I personally dislike homeschooling so the experience was not great. The school did nothing to help or hinder this sentiment.
There is very little chance for an individual's health or safety to be affected by this school.
There are no athletics at this school. Students are expected to pursue athletics at their homes.
