High School Senior:Honestly, I can not imagine going anywhere else. I have a very close friend group and I love all of my classes. The teachers are THE BEST. When I was looking for someone for my recommendation letters, I could have asked anyone. you do have to work really hard to get good grades, but you feel so accomplished when you have them. People who visit from college say that there time here is harder than college, but I feel that it really prepares us for college and being able to manage time while still being able to have a fun high school experience. I have participated in many sports, and have had an amazing time in those. We do have new facilities which is just going to make our athletics even better. A lot of our teams are very good, the most popular sport is soccer, but our cross country teams is one of the top in the state. We have a lot of clubs for the size of our school, and if there is not a club already in place, it is pretty easy to find a teacher to sponsor your club and help organize it. I would say the worst thing about the school is the food, the rations are terrible, we are given the same amount of food as kindergartners, and there are not a lot of healthy options other than the meager salad bar. There are multiple microwaves though, so it is easy to warm up food that you bring from home. Overall, I think that the school is amazing, it is a lot of work and you have to be committed to get good grades, but as long as you work hard, Black River is amazing.

Niche User:I would choose this school again because although the course work is very challenging (it is a college preparatory high school), they really prepare you for the amount of work that you may be experiencing in college. Although, if I had to do high school all over again, I really would have made sure I was more involved in school activities and tried even harder than I already did.

High School Senior:Wellspring Prep is a very good academic school that has many Advance Placement college. There goal is to make you feel prepared to go to college. They are very nice but can be strict with a few polices of dress code and lateness. One of my most famous moments was one of my Monday Elective, called Third 90. Basically I got to work with college professor to find research and then got to visit there colleges.

Niche User:I have enjoyed this school for the 15 years that i have been here. Growing up with all the same classmates that suck around with me is just incredible. Being Armenian and learning more and more about the heritage and history behind the Armenians is just great! This is a great school and i would definitely send my children here.

Niche User:The school provides a great learning environment overall. What it lacks in are stable teaching position that allow students to connect to teachers. There are no clubs within the school making it harder for students to with shared interests, also making it harder for student to find their own interest.

High School Senior:I've been at this school for almost 10 years now, so it could just be that I'm used to it, I've experienced a lot of bad things, like bullying, and just the average day to day school life. The school is monotonous, every day gets to be exactly the same, you hear the same stories over and over from different people. To top it off most new people don't stay so I've been with the same kids since I started here in second grade, overall the teachers are great but I just wish there were exciting things going on

Niche User:The only think I would change isn't even school related, but the social life is very limited for high schoolers becasue its so small. But I had a lot of friends anyway. The education is very good, minus the science. we need a real science lab.

High School Senior:This school is one of those schools where everyone is a family. I would chose this school and I highly recommend others to chose this school as well because not only are the teachers very enthusiastic about the topic, but the class sizes are perfect for one on one experiance from the teacher. I love the fact that unlike other schools, SIA works to help their students succeed no matter what comes in the way. This is truly a school non like any other.

Niche User:The structure was very good and instilled in students order and structure. The dress code made it easy to choose what to wear to school and there was very little discrimination for not wearing a certain brand.

High School Senior:The academics aren't anything outstanding, but they're pretty good. The school is college prep and pushes you to get all you can to be ready for college. Honestly, one of the best things at this school is the band and fine arts program. It's a pretty alright school though.

High School Senior:My overall experience at this school has been good. There has been some ups and downs but that is how life works. Some of my favorite experiences have been in CREW and Varsity Volleyball. What makes the school unique is that they do a character education program and school wide competitions for a big trip at the end of the year.

High School Sophomore:Chandler park academy high gives a lot to their students, i believe they care about the students education. something i do not agree with is how strict they are, i think what you are wearing doesn't have anything to do with our education. Chandler park is not the worst school but it could be improved.
