Randolph is a pretty good school! While its academics are rigorous, faculty and parents alike still encourage students to pursue athletic and artistic passions. Most teachers genuinely want all of their students to succeed, inside and outside of the classroom. They've even been known to take large chunks of personal time to help the student body prepare for particularly difficult exams in the time leading up to the test. However, the student body itself is severely lacking in diversity, some of the administrators lack insight into the daily lives of the students (and political correctness), and some deem the class structures too difficult.

My experience at Randolph was simply wonderful. The teachers and academics are top-notch and prepared me well for a rigorous course load in college. There are plenty of organizations to get involved with, and if you can't find the one you're looking you for, you can create it! I really enjoyed being part of several sports teams at Randolph, and the athletic facilities cannot be beat. Interim was one of my favorite traditions, as I was able to travel across the country and world. I cannot recommend Randolph enough!
I entered this school in the 4th grade. At first, I liked the school.Kids were friendly.I started to find that I outgrew kids in my class.Because it's small, kids can be more sheltered. That year, however, had amazing and unique teachers.By the time I entered 7th grade, the teachers quality went from great to okay. The teachers do care about their students and are welcome for you to ask for help. The Spanish and French department is where it should be now that I'm at a new school where you start to learn Spanish in 8th.You are learning Spanish II in 7th grade. The music department is wonderful.I spent years with choir and we have done amazing work in 2-3 part songs in different genres. The lower middle school campus is okay.Walking the 7-8th-grade hallways felt depressing, most. The high school campus, however, stellar. It's a small and beautiful southern college campus.I can't speak for high school teachers, but I'm sure they're at least mediocre. You also can wear casual clothes in high school.
