The teachers are there to help you grow and are people you can talk to about anything! The STEM program is worth it until junior year. Once you're a junior, switch to dual enrollment or the early college program. You can get more college credits. Don't overload yourself with AP and honors classes unless you can actually handle it. Use the teachers if you need help, that's what they are there for! Teachers are willing to help if you need extra time on assignments, quizzes, or tests. There is good diversity in the school and the students don't make it a big deal. The soccer teams are very good. The coaches also want to see you succeed on the field as well as in life. You have many people in your corner at this high school!

Cooper High School has a lot of club, sports, and activities to choose from! The teachers are friendly and most are willing to work extra to make students succeed. The dress code is pretty strict, compared to schools in the area. There's little diversity. As a school, we have many opportunities to succeed and push our academics.
Randall K. Cooper High School has given me the "high school experience". I started at Boone County High School then transferred to Cooper. Cooper was overall a better fit for me. I have been able to reunite with middle school friends and make new ones. Also the school spirit is amazing! I went to football games and basketball games to cheer on my classmates. The environment is so friendly. I also played on the varsity volleyball team. The girls and coaches were like one big family. I know I have made new friendships and memories that I will remember forever.
