I feel spoiled going here. All the teachers are so supportive and passionate about their work. Most classrooms have a bright and positive vibe because of the teachers. The students are very kind and focused, a lot of high-achievers. We never hear of fights or violence between students. There's a vaping problem, but it's the same for most schools in the country.

We have a huge range of classes to choose from, and they’re still working on getting more verified. From the top of my head, the digital media class, science olympiad, and varsity sports are some very high-achieving programs.

There's no shortage of resources for mental health. You can go to your counselors, the nurse's office, and student services (free bread) at your whim.

The biggest thing that needs work is the facility. Things seem to be breaking every other month, and some of the buildings are decaying. But this hasn't affected my overall experience very much.

Overall great school. I’m gonna miss being a Bronco!

While not a perfect high school, Rancho Bernardo has been a great place to learn and grow for four years! An overall engaging and motivated roster of teachers, a large selection of extracurriculars to get involved in, a handful of strong programs in the arts, and a mostly inclusive environment are all things that make Rancho Bernardo High School the memorable and special place that it is. Some of the best memories I've had are those that don't relate as much to academics, but rather to the people that I've met during my four years here. It's been a special journey, and one that I won't forget any time soon. Although it can be easy to view one's alma mater through "rose tinted glasses" toward the end of one's experience, I feel that mine was overall a great one. Go Broncos!
RBHS has supportive programs for students of all academic levels. The school provides an encouraging and safe atmosphere and nurtures students to achieve what is best for them. There is a strong focus to get connected on campus, whether it is through clubs, sports, or other group settings. There are many opportunities for students to explore a wide range of classes, such as STEM, art, and music. The sports teams are well supported and have strong records. The resource center has information for college bound students as well as advice on trade schools. There is a diverse population, and the community strives to make everyone feel welcome. School spirit days encourage inclusiveness and togetherness. There are many opportunities for students to give back through organized food drives and school clean ups. The administration team and teachers are approachable, provide guidance, and strive for positive rapport with their students.
