Not a bad school, lots of teachers who love their kids and are excited about teaching. Some teachers or substitutes enjoyed their power trips in class. Administration didn’t handle situations of harassment and bullying like they should have. Being told your education isn’t as important as someone else’s who had been harassing you or having another student tell you to kill yourself with no administrative action is insulting. The school is good if you don’t get targeted by the wrong people or have to deal with the admin. Involvement and advertisement of the fine arts could be better, as the district support for fine arts is basically zero. You could call Ralston “out of the woods”.

Ralston High School is a great school with many opportunities. I chose to attend this high school because the school allowed me to be involved in band, theatre, show choir, and honors classes all at once. The teachers are very caring of their students, whether be their academics or personal well beings. The student body is very closely connected and most the students have grown up together from elementary or middle school- however, it is still a very accepting place of new students looking to attend. Ralston is always striving to make the school a better place for their students and their community. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm proud to be an alum of the school.
I switched to Ralston High school my senior year to get away from the big school scene that I had all my life, and to get some diversity into my perspective. It was honestly the best decision of my High School career, we went to state for volleyball for the first time in 14 years and the staff all were so kind and welcoming, we got so close they even showed up to my grad party. Surprisingly enough to them I DID graduate! Ralston High School had it ups and downs like any other school would, but it is without-a-doubt a school I would feel comfortable sending children of my own to.
