I have been going to Ragsdale High School for 4 years and I love it! I have met so many great people. The teachers I had truly cared for their student’s education and safety. The diversity at Ragsdale is amazing. I have met people who I know I will be friends with for the rest of my life all from different backgrounds. I think Ragsdale needs to improve the student lunch experience. The amount of time students receive for lunch is only Twenty-five minutes, which is barely enough time. Overall Ragsdale students are a tight-knit community where everyone looks after one another!

I have enjoyed my four years at Ragsdale High School. The teachers were always really helpful and cared about the success of their students. Everyone was very engaging and always made you feel welcome. Students were always encouraged to take part in different activities and clubs to become more well rounded students. The only thing that I would like to see changed is the time that guidance counselors spend with their senior students. Our guidance counselors typically only set aside time once during our senior year to check in with students and to counsel them. Yes, we are encouraged to schedule time with our counselors outside of the time they will set, but more times than not, the counselor is not available when we need them. All in all, I had a very enjoyable time at Ragsdale. I created many memories with my teachers and friends.
I graduated from Ragsdale Highschool in 2017. This school was a great experience for me to have. This was my first time attending a public school so, coming into a new environment was tricky. I was able to make life lasting friends and have great administrative staff. The school could've had more options for food, and I believe that there should be more criteria for working in the school's office beside the GPA requirement. This is a good school that teaches their students well and help to their best ability.
