I can say that Quinters Jr./Sr. High has good staff and faculty. The teachers always try and help as much as they can and even when you just someone to talk to the teachers are there for you and help you through that also. I love how small the school is and everybody knows everyone. I'm only a Junior but I'm for sure going to miss this school. During this pandemic, it has been hard trying to stay in school face-to-face, but we are managing it pretty well. I'm happy to say that our school is still in and not online.
Quinter High School is a good school. And I am sure my experience here will be agreed with by others here, but it gets old. The teachers are good people, but their methods are always the same. We rarely have a fun day at school. And the food is not the best either.
Quinter High School is an excellent learning experience. The teachers are great at teaching the curriculum and the environment is great.
I wouldn't want to fix anything about this school. As the saying goes "If it's not broke, not fix it." We are a small school which means that there is a small student to teacher ratios. Whenever a student needs help all they need to do is ask. The teachers here would do anything for the success of their students.
It is a very very small school. Everyone knows everyone. There is a lot of opportunity to participate. Being involved is very easy and a lot of fun. You can learn a lot from this kind of environment. You can interact with very involved people. You can learn a lot from the students and teachers.
The safety of this school is pretty good, no threats or anything. I would have to say the health is quite good.
For the sports that we do have we have great facilities to work in. Our track just was redone which was really nice. We do have a problem with underrepresentation of smaller sports such as Cross Country. I believe that this could be fixed.
The academics offered include general classes as well as a lot of extracurricular activities and classes.
The food its self is pretty good most of the time. There are some meals that I would recommend not eating and just bringing your own lunch on those days.
