Quincy Notre Dame is not only a school, but it is my second family. QND is such a warm and welcoming place to be. No matter where or what you attend that is related to Quincy Notre Dame, you will feel welcome. The beliefs at QND are to act like Christ in everything we participate in. I am a current senior who is involved with a lot of extracurricular activities at QND. I play volleyball and soccer and enjoy both sports because of how much the team turns into my family in just a short season. I am also involved with Kindness Club, Secret Club, and Hands and Feet of Christ. Growing up attending Catholic grade schools and then attending Quincy Notre Dame, it has taught me to be a more humble and kind person. It has taught me to accept everyone no matter their beliefs and values because everyone was made in the image of God and my main focus needs to be on strengthening my relationship with God so that one day I can meet Him in person.

The classes were pretty good, but there are few higher level classes. Also, there is a large emphasis put on sports and that is where the majority of the school funding goes. Arts and music are not a priority, especially when compared to Quincy Senior High School.

However, QND has a safe environment and a family type atmosphere. If you're an athlete and/or prefer a small school, QND would probably be a good fit for you.
Quincy Notre Dame was like a family for me. There were great teachers there who cared about you, checked up on you, and made sure you were always ok. There was always those one kids at the school who weren’t the best influences and all that but the teachers and staff made sure to stop that immediately. Quincy Notre Dame was a pleasant four years.
