I liked Purcell because it was very welcoming and diverse! I felt at home when I went there. I also was the fourth generation of my family going to Purcell so it was cool having some of the same teachers as my parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Purcell was also so diverse, it taught me about many different cultures and I felt I was ready to meet all different types of people at College.

I am having an amazing time at Purcell. I was able to meet life long friends, participate in sports, and develop a strong educational foundation. The teachers are extremely involved in the effort that a student puts into their work, and are always around if there's any help needed. It's impossible for a student to attend Purcell and not get closer with at least one teacher there. The work can seem overwhelming at times, but I know that it’s only preparing me for life after high school.
I have personally had a horrible sophomore experience, everybody is cliquey and some teachers are very rude and the staff has been very unhelpful for the most part. The art program is amazing though!
