I am a student of the SEBS sub-school. It is significantly different. More demoralized, but everyone is more chilled-out. There is more focus on future careers, and all that "early prep". There are also more comfortable chairs! I would recommend it for engineering & biomed people, looking on the outside. Computer science, mine, is fairly lacking. Still better than a total lack of a program, though.

Besides SEBS, the school is relatively unremarkable. It has some interesting vocational classes, a variety of electives (although the Senior Seminar and "leave early" electives are disappearing, bummer). Not much there. Everyone is nice here, and I mean EVERYONE. No bullying to be found, and it's always a question in my head how.

I would recommend it for STEM folks in Pueblo, and it works well enough for people in the region. Can't say I like it there, but these schools aren't designed to make you like them either.

I like that at Pueblo County High School, everyone can find a home. There are so many opportunities at the school and so many different types of clubs and activities. It is impossible for someone to not have something to do. The history goes very far back and there are a million positive environments for everyone involved at the school to enjoy. Whether that is the administration, teachers, or students, Pueblo County High School is the best school in southern Colorado!
Pueblo County High allowed me a student learn what I wanted. Whether a student hopes to be a welder, actor, or doctor, County has the resources for all three. SEBS is the School of Engineering and Biomedical Science, and allows students to graduate with an associates in either field. TAA is The Arts Academy, in which students who want to be actors, dancers, singers, musicians, or artists are able to be trained as professionals and given utilities to further pursue such careers. AMAC, The Academy of Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Construction, cater to students who wish to be construction workers among many other fields.
