My two children went to PS 230 and had an overall terrific experience. The school is quite big, but the Lower School is warm and inviting and houses the Pre-K through 1st grade students. The Upper School has 2nd through 5th grade and an outdoor play space that has recently been updated. The students are energetic and engaged and come from many different cultures. Some of the best social learning experiences my children had were building friendships and learning about children from all over the world.
I went here from PreK-5th grade and I really enjoyed it. The kids were nice and because we lived so close to each other, we didn't have to travel far. It was located within walking distance to my house so I didn't have to travel so much.
