The teachers are amazing! The math teacher made special arrangements for me to take a placement test near the end of the summer instead of the beginning because I want to try to get into Geometry Honors, and I'm not really ready for it. The Spanish teacher has done the same so I can start Spanish II next year after I take it at a summer program. They really care about their students academically, as well as a person. If you have trouble with anything they'll definitely try to help. They're just overall, really good people. The only thing I would like to change is the amount of homework I get because I spend so much time on it.

I love how DaVinci always has a positive atmosphere with teachers who understand you. There is always someone to talk to whenever you need help with a project or homework or simply if you just want to talk. Also DaVinci is an extremely diverse school with students and teachers from all over. I love how everyone here, who came from different races, ethnicity, and religions can collaborate in this safe environment.
I'd lie to change the café menu. There are good meals, but there are days that the food choices are limited to one or two items that look unappetizing or can't be eaten due to one's dietary restrictions. I'd prefer if our school had more menu options for people with certain religions, including those who are vegan or vegetarian and people with allergies to the food served.
My experience at Leonardo da Vinci High School was really beneficial in helping me with my future career planning . The diversity of both the students and the teachers is what made the high school stand out for me. The principal, Mr. Londinsky, has gone above and beyond on different occasions with helping us realize our value and sticking with us when challenges arose. Due to his dedication, our high school has a 96% graduation rate. Academically, they are one step ahead of most high schools because of their college readiness program. I have taken advantage of this program which allowed me to take college courses and gain college credits at D'Youville college.

If I could change anything, it would probably be to provide fellow sportsman team spirit by providing a winner's attitude and also I'd revise the schools lunch menu by providing healthier alternatives.
