Academics are rigorous in primary grades, less-so in secondary grades. Old historic building with antiquated heating and cooling but with new basketball/volleyball court (which translates into large annual building fee to families). Teachers vary; some are loving and talented, others less-so. Emphasis on compliance over creativity, athletics over academics. Weekly parental involvement required. Overall cost on par with Whitesburg Christian Academy and Westminster Christian Academy.
Each time I visit my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren in Huntsville, I am sure to also visit Providence Classical School to observe the excellent, nurturing administration, faculty and staff.
I consider your school to be outstanding one that is well-equipped to prepare children for today's complex world. Furthermore, the opportunities you provide for parents ensure that they remain a vital part of their children's educational experiences.
Thank you for the love, kindness and care that you provide to your students!

I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to attend Providence Classical School. The Biblical worldview taught here is unparalleled. The coursework requires a depth of the mind developed by the classical understanding of education. Every faculty member is willing to invest in every student with care and understanding. As a student of twelve years, I highly recommend Providence Classical School.
