As a retired Principal, I know what an amazing job Providence is doing!
Providence is a school that molds women into future leaders by utilizing the pillars of excellence, integrity, faith, and justice. Providence has many AP and dual credit classes. Students can also participate in JROTC and band, which is part of the award-winning fine arts program. With so many different sports available like volleyball, basketball, track, cross country, swimming, softball, golf, and bowling, there is something for everyone. The middle school students can earn up to 4 high school credits. There are many notable alumnae who are doing great and impressive things in the community. If you have not already done so, you NEED to take a tour of this school. The Congregation of Divine Providence knew what they were doing when they bought this land on the beautiful (museum-reach area of the) riverwalk. Come and see for yourself what your daughter can become!

Providence is a school that cares about it's students. They provide excellence rooted in faith. They teach integrity and grace. The fine arts program is amazing! Students are very well rounded because they can take STEM classes, hold many leadership positions, be in the fine arts clubs/associations/teams/and honor societies, and play sports. This girl-centered approach is what I want for my daughter! Check out their facebook page and learn more. Lots of history and tradition and they are #1 in college scholarships (avg. per graduate). All girls excel at Providence!
I am a graduate of Providence. I was very fortunate that I had the opportunity to attend, as my older sister was attending another Catholic high school, as my family (including myself) assumed I would have gone there too. I credit my success as a woman, wife, mother, and business professional to Providence. The faculty was both engaging as educators and also endearing as second family members. I was able to explore a wealth of interests and helped found the dance troupe, despite the school having such a small student population. As an alumna and parent of a prospective/future Provet, I’m excited to see what Providence continues to grow on, especially with more alumnae and community engagement than ever before.
