I have had the benefit of not only a great experience at PHS but a feeling of incredible support from our community. I have benefited from great support from coaches and teachers as well. PHS offers an abundance of resources both on and off the field. Student support from the upperclassmen for the incoming freshman is critical. PHS has a team of senior level students that are available to support incoming students, addressing questions or concerns, peer to peer. The teachers are authentic and present. I was struggling a big in Honors French my sophomore year and the French teacher took my aside, offering additional help which resulted in better grade and for me personally, fed my love of languages instead of getting frustrating and leaving my pursuit of hire learning.
As a senior, I look back and valued my time at PHS. I am lucky as I have three younger siblings that will be walking the halls, so coming back to visit will be a must!

I loved Prospect High School! Throughout my past four years as a student there, I was given countless opportunities to thrive and succeed. The academics are rigorous and challenging, but manageable and enriching with the help of the beyond-qualified teachers. Prospect gave me a safe, supportive place to grow personally and intellectually. I feel fully prepared to move on to college, thanks to the incredible resources and knowledge I have been given.
At Prospect High School I’ve been given fantastic opportunities for both academic and extracurricular activities. I’ve been involved in multiple great clubs that are very involving and team oriented. The teachers are very wary of their students well being for the most part and they usually invent unique ways to teach the class in a fun way. While I haven’t always been at my best here, Prospect has helped provide me with plenty of opportunities. The only negative to this school is possibly the treatment of mental health and personal problems by the school. It remains very surface level and usually focuses on stuff that people don’t particularly learn from. I’d appreciate it more if we had more mental health improvement opportunities in the school.
