Pride Elementary School Reviews

We bought our house because of this school and it's been rated as an A school for the last 5 years or so. I have to say this school emphasizes a lot on reading and writting! Homework is PLENTY especially when my child reached 4th grade. He is on the principal honor role. There's not as much extracurricular activities after school as I would like. I wish they had more physical education and art programs. Academically, it's a good school. Car line is long such as any other school in Tampa. Luckily, we bike to school so it only takes us less than 5 minutes! It's such a safe school that kids leave their bikes unlocked at the bike stands!

They’re amazing. My daughter went to pride and still says pride was the best school she ever went to. True the car line is a little long is you take the bus you won’t get in trouble. All my kids still wish they could go their when we moved my youngest child started crying. It broke my heart.
No proper traffic controlling system.
All pickups must spend an hour in line to pick their kids, never seen such huge lines .
Kindergarten certain classes have 0 experienced teachers, new this year.
