We have amazing teachers at Ponderosa High School! All of my teachers thus far have been extremely dedicated to students' success. I have never personally required after-school help, however I know a multitude of students who have and they all have great things to say about the improvements in grades that they witnessed. A lot of teachers have differing teaching styles, however in most departments all of the teachers seem to be very collaborative with each other which makes students better able to help each other, even if they have different teachers. All teachers are interested in their subject of instruction, and take a better-than-average interest in their students' success in their classes.

What I like best about Pondo is the academics. Although my advanced courses have been challenging, I've always felt like I can ask for help- whether from a teacher or a classmate. I can't vouch for sports, but there's a club for everyone at Pondo. All in all, I've enjoyed my experience so far!
I loved attending ponderosa high school! I transferred to ponderosa from Los Angeles and I absolutely love it. The people are great, the teachers are very involved with their students, and the whole experience was great!
