Pomeroy High School is a great school in a small community! With under 100 students in grades 9-12, the tight knit community is full of support from both students and faculty. However, because it is such a small school, it may not have as many opportunities for clubs and classes. The classes that are offered are taught by caring and knowledgable teachers who are dedicated to their student's learning experience. There are many ways to get involved outside of class as well. Prominent clubs at PHS are FFA, FBLA, and ASB. Sports are also a huge part of the school culture in Pomeroy. Every program has been successful at the state level for a number of years, and every student has equal opportunity to get involved.

Pomeroy is a small town. The community is amazing and they always try their best to make the experience amazing and stress free. They look out for their students and always have their backs.
Very small town, and school. The teachers I think tend to be a bit lazier, and are not always willing to help. The academic counselor was awful, instead of helping me, informed me I didn't need to take a particular class seriously, so, I didn't.
