Pointer Ridge Elementary School

Welcome to Pointer Ridge Elementary School, home of the Panthers! We are thrilled to have your family consider becoming part of our Panther family!

Pointer Ridge Elementary is a smaller sized neighborhood school that has been part of the Bowie community for over 50 years! We have students who are the children and grandchildren of former students. We are immensely proud of our diverse and highly qualified staff - many of whom are pillars of our education community. We offer an in-school after care program and are proud to be a certified Maryland Green School and designated EGATE school.

School hours are from 7:45 a.m. to 1:55 p.m.
