In my four years of attending Plano Senior High School, i met some of the most amazing people and great teacher who pushed me to be my best. The school has amazing qualities but i would like to see the athletic department improve. While attending school there i was on the cheer team,i loved representing my school and showing school spirit but the athletic department made it hard to do because we weren't taken seriously. We were kicked out of the gym in the middle of practice so the basketball team could practice, we aren't allowed to wear our uniforms to school even though out uniforms are in school dress code and we aren't considered the pride cheer leaders of the school, the dance team was. I had an amazing four years at Plano High School but there are definitely room for improvements!

Though Plano Senior High School bears many flaws in which they can improve upon, my experience there was relatively good. Every sub-par faculty member was matched by an outstanding educator, making the overall staff very balanced. In addition to being involved in academia at this school, I have also heavily pursued a role in the fine arts department, which has been a phenomenal experience. The hard-working directors and their high expectations made each production exceptional, both visually and substantially. Furthermore, the warm environment and inclusive atmosphere that was created among the department allowed for strong relationships to be made throughout the student body, which makes Plano Senior an even more significant part of who its students have become.
Plano Senior High School has a wonderful learning environment and many engaging activities. The teachers are all very well-qualified and supportive, and the two year structure of the school definitely contributes to teacher availability and creates more personal relationships between the students and faculty.
Of course, Plano Senior does have its drawbacks, but compared to the many benefits and top tier education students receive, the drawbacks are minimal. The food provided by the cafeteria is costly and not excellent, and the overall quality of the facilities is good but not excellent, considering the run down student parking lot and restrooms that are often dysfunctional. However, these small negative aspects of the school hardly take away from the overall experience. Plano Senior is definitely a spirited and overall wonderful school to attend.
