Students falling far behind average. School does not challenge students. The entire first semester, students do little to nothing because of almost weekly class changes for some students. There is no homework, and the coursework that does come about is stuff that was/should have been taught 1-2 years ago. In band, students practice one note per week. By the beginning of second semester, they're starting to put two notes together. There's no homework and no challenge.
