Our Summer Camp - Pinecrest Pavilion

Pinecrest Pavilion offers rising K-6th grade campers a fun-filled day of in-person play and learning, with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, STEAM experiments and nature discovery, games and puzzles, making and building, and more! Preschool campers will enjoy a morning of in-person fun as described above (with after-care available as needed).

Pinecrest is an absolutely amazing school! We are in our third year and are so happy to be part of such a wonderful school community. The love of learning and joy is seen everyday in the interactions the Head of School, staff, teachers, and enrichment teachers have with students and parents. We truly appreciate that each child is valued for his/her individuality and are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. DEIB is a core value of Pinecrest and all are welcome and celebrated. Class sizes are small and intimate. We appreciate the flexibility offered in learning with classes often held outside and focuses in the areas of STEAM, music, and project based learning. The teachers know every student, not just the ones in his/her classes. Individual class teachers are easy to communicate with and very responsive to parents and students. Communication from the Head of School is excellent, detailed, and consistent. Importantly, our child is thriving! We highly recommend Pinecrest!

Amazing school and great overall community for both learning and for families to engage! We found Pinecrest when we were searching for a preschool for our oldest daughter and have been part of the community ever since. The small class sizes and emphasis on the development of the whole child has been so beneficial in helping our kids feel supported, engaged, practice mindfulness, and build their love of learning. The teachers, the administrative staff, and the Head of School are all amazing - they are responsive, attentive, and truly caring. My oldest was very timid and overwhelmed easily, while my younger daughter has always been talkative and curious, and their teachers have always supported their needs. My son (a late talker) just started preschool this year and has been thriving. We have loved watching our kids bloom into confident little learners and we are so thankful to Pinecrest for giving them this gift. We couldn't be happier here and highly recommend Pinecrest to everyone!

Pinecrest is a wonderful school and is a hidden gem in the area. The school promotes the idea of creating a thriving and positive community amongst its student body, staff, faculty and parents... and in my experience of having sent two of my children there, they really are successful in doing so. The class sizes are small, which has been a huge benefit to both of our children, but especially our older child who tends to get lost in larger class environments. The principal and staff know our children by name, and the teachers create a nurturing and stable environment for learning. Pinecrest promotes the practice of mindfulness during the school activities. During our children's time there, they have become focused and engaged students. The principal’s leadership and communication is exceptional and she and the entire staff work together very well to create an open-hearted, inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
