Pine Crest School - Fort Lauderdale Campus Reviews
To the school's credit, the college advising department is still very connected to top universities leading to great college admissions but I am not sure how long that will continue. Also the best college advisors typically get assigned to the most affluent families who donate the most to the Pine Crest Fund.
They have great test scores, but that may be in large part because of their extreme redshirting practices. Additionally, rumor has it that the teachers and administration give special concessions to students from affluent families who contribute to the Pine Crest fund. Last but not least, their administration is extremely rigid in how they deal with their students, teachers, and parent volunteers. They think they are the best, and they have no intention of doing anything to improve upon their current practices, even if they are antiquated.
