These were some of the best years of my life! The teachers are fun, knowledgeable, and kind. They really care not only about the students but about how to prepare them for the next stage in their education. The student to teacher ratio was amazing, the sports teams top notch, and the staff, as a whole, none can compare to. This school was the foundation that built my dream of becoming a Math Teacher!
The school nurse is amazing. My first several years at Pin Oak, it was Nurse Pat. She always made she that she listened carefully and even if she thought you were faking it, she took you seriously and let you know she loved you. The same goes for Nurse Leigh Ann. Pin Oak does an amazing job of finding good school nurses who are capable of showing the kids just how much they love them.
There are several options including: cheer, basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, and softball. There is also Junior Beta. While all of these are great, it would be nice if there were a few more club options.
