I enjoyed my time at Pike Liberal Arts School. It is a small private school,so, I had many opportunities to be involved. If I would have gone to the local public school, I do not believe I could have been as involved in my school or community.
School is growing rapidly and facilities need to catch up in terms of a new gym and adding more classroom space and extracurricular facilities. Parent involvement is above average-excellent! Very involved parents with PTO, Sports Boosters and volunteers. Technology is growing. Science curriculum which has traditionally been lacking, has gotten a recent boost with the addition of robotics and forensic science and a very enthusiastic chemistry / lab teacher.
