The teachers are all great! Everyone truly cares about you here. There are 4 counselors and student support centers. This school offers many clubs: volunteering, mental health awareness, cultural, dance, etc. There are also classes like construction technology, computer science, business owner (insane ink), and sociology. If you want a little competition but not too much for academics, come to Piedmont Hills!

A very supportive school with classs and extracurricular activities for anyone. The teachers, who are sometimes difficult, give you this irresistable personality that you just can't hate. The students are very inclusive and rarely do I see any bullying in our school. There are so many clubs for everyone such as community service clubs (Key Club, Interact, etc.) , DIY Club, and even clubs where you just taste test food madr by other students. Our sports program has a great community and you will fit right in. Our drama department is a great place to express yourself without having to be afraid of others opinion. The drama department does many great shows. Recently they did the British Farce Noises Off, which is about a director trying to get 9 misfit actors together ready for their performance of Nothing On. The music department is filled with super talented people! Filled with many dedicated students and teachers supporting them the whole way through.
This school is competitive in both academics and sports. Teachers and staff really go out of their way to help students strive in academia, and prepare--sometimes over-prepare--them for post-secondary education and vocational schooling. Aside from the many vocational and academic resources provided, there are also various clubs (e.g. Memeology, Korean Fan Club, Lion Dance Club, Interact, Key Club, California Scholarship Foundation, etc.) and school events, particularly the biggest event of the year called F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C.S. (Fun At Night Through Activities And Sports To Increase Class Spirit). The majority of students here are Asian (mostly Chinese and Vietnamese) but interestingly, our cultural clubs are quite diverse. An improvement that I'd love to see is freshly cooked food and healthier options for lunch.
