Good school with good teachers. Nice facilities and a lot more space compared to the old one! There were plenty of good classes, and engaging clubs and school events. Most teachers are pretty strict, but it is evened out with more relaxed teachers that understand we are still kids, and need to learn certain things. Some rules are a bit ridiculous or too strict, and can use a bit of tweaking. Besides that, it is a good school with good staff and can be a real blast if you give it your all.

The biggest thing that people can know about Phillipsburg is that it is very diverse. Anyone can come to PHS and build themselves a friend group and a character that they would be proud of. The school is not too clicky, however, making friends that are like you is fairly easy. The activities that occur at the school are terrific for those that are willing to get involved in their school. Football games, wrestling matches, and other sports events, along with Mini-Thon, school dances, and others. The teachers at the school are also very helpful with students, but they will not go out of their way to find someone. Much like college, it is up to the student to get the help they need.
Phillipsburg is a great school. It offers dual courses for college credit; AP courses and honor courses. The teachers are personable and truly interested in helping the students thrive at the high school. We also have a huge sports program. Our wrestling team is great. We also have football team , basketball team, soccer team, lacrosse, tennis, golf and track team. This is a great school that any kid would be proud to attend.
