Phillippi Shores Elementary School Reviews

Very good school. Your child will grow. Great approach to discipline and responsibility. School wants the best grade so they do push students, teachers are under a lot of pressure. It’s all about test scores... Forget about recesses, you need to get your child exercise and fresh air before or after school.
If there is a problem with your kid they are very open to talking & finding solutions; quite reassuring since you never get to meet the teachers. There are fun events and activities, the admin staff is great and they organize a lot. If you want to get involved you have to go through the PTO and the usual clique. If you want to have any influence, donate a lot and join the PTO. That way you have access and influence over the principal like a few of the wealthy mothers and you get to decide for everybody.

Overall a good place and when they start opening it again and making it accessible to the parents via some kind of badge or screening system, it’ll be even nicer.
