High School is, of course, a wild ride, and the people have power over one's personal experience. From Friday night lights to quiet study sessions, create a stable environment to thrive in and enjoy, with the right people. While some teachers produce quite the opposite, I have several who made the atmosphere at school a lot happier and less stressful. I, for one, enjoy extracurricular activities such as sports and clubs which help to find friends with similar interests. The administration really strived to help the transition from Junior High to High School be smoother. This really stuck with me as I felt safer in the school space. Bullying was something I expected and was pleasantly surprised to never see. Administration takes bullying very seriously and therefore there was none. The petty drama was of course quite evident, but not the type of bullying you see in movies. Overall, I am enjoying my experience and can wait to continue my life here.

I can during Sophomore year, and people and staff were very welcoming. I had an easy transition from the school before. The classes were challenging at times but I felt that the curriculum could be better. The school can be dirty at times and there are no toilet seat liners in the bathroom. The maintenance at the school is quick and reliable. There is favoritism with some teachers but overall they are pretty good. As a whole, the school is nice and I believe that I have learned a lot. The college readiness is something that could be improved but that staff are doing their best.
All of my teachers have been really nice and understanding if somethings going on outside of school. The administration is also really nice and makes an effort to get to know students even though they do not see them everyday like teachers do. Some of the facilities are a bit worn down like the locker rooms but overall are still good quality. There is a large array of AP honors courses as well as specialty classes like AG, Wildlife museum, and Marine biology
