At Perspectives, we learn to live a disciple lifestyle, which provides us with the 26 principles. Perspective Charter Schools has very good teachers and administrators that are very involved in the students school and home lives. The school provides programs that help students and parents with food and clothing if they don't much. What I like about Perspectives is that the school has many activities that students can join and get involved in; for example, the school has big brother big sisters program, National Honors society, Black excellence club, Student Government, etc. There are also many sports programs like football, basketball, wrestling, cheer, and more. What I would like to change about perspectives is how it cost money to get into the school, because there are many students who come from poor families. If perspectives was free we would have a diversity of many students coming from different lives that could use a good school to help them. Overall I really do believe Perspectives is a really great school and I would definitely recommend it to other students and parents.
I had a pretty good high school experience starting freshmen year which is when Perspectives was definitely in the last of it's prime. Shortly after administration just let everything fall off and soon it's like the students had to fend for themselves, For me personally I appreciated some tools that the school had to offer but in the long run it's just me giving myself the education, it's just me worried about my safety, it's me that's concerned about what I am going to do for myself after high school, It looks like a normal regular school on the outside but inside it has really changed over the years. At least it's my final year.
