At Perspectives, we learn to live a disciple lifestyle, which provides us with the 26 principles. I have learned to communicate effectively and demonstrate perseverance in any situation that comes my way. Perspectives is also preparing me for what I will be exposed to in a couple of months. I’m college ready, thanks to Perspectives Leadership Academy!
Perspectives has helped me to become the amazing person that I am today. Perspectives always encourage their students to do great things and never give up. There is tons of support at Perspectives. That’s what I appreciate the most! Because of Perspectives, so many opportunities has come my way.

Perspective Charter Schools has very good teachers and administrators that are very involved in the students school and home lives. The school provides programs that help students and parents with food and clothing if they don't much. What I like about Perspectives is that the school has many activities that students can join and get involved in; for example, the school has big brother big sisters program, National Honors society, Black excellence club, Student Government, etc. There are also many sports programs like football, basketball, wrestling, cheer, and more. What I would like to change about perspectives is how it cost money to get into the school, because there are many students who come from poor families. If perspectives was free we would have a diversity of many students coming from different lives that could use a good school to help them. Overall I really do believe Perspectives is a really great school and I would definitely recommend it to other students and parents.
I have been attending perspectives for three years, I am now a proud deans list(high than honor roll) student. what I love about the school are the teachers, they're pleasant, helpful, encouraging, and overall understanding of all of us. Every student has that favorite teacher they can talk to when things get hard, and that's honestly the best part about the school the teacher-student connection. What I would change would be the grading system we get 50 % instead of 0% which doesn't affect our grades as much as pure zero would, which doesn't motivate students enough and seen as a fallback to not try hard. I want to be pushed to the Max and not have that "it's just a 50" thought in the back of my mind, I want to be fully college-ready. Overall the school is great, a variety of opportunities, safety isn't a problem, in conclusion, a wonderful school.
