My experience at Penn Wood High School, I would not trade for anything else. Although my school has its challenges, it does its job with the resources it is provided with. Being a Student-Athlete taking AP courses and participating in both basketball and softball, I made myself busy revolving around my school. Its culture is unmatched and we pride ourselves for our involvement between students and staff as well as students and one another. If I could change anything, I would change how administration responds to its students advice.

Penn Wood High School is not a school you should attend if you plan on being college ready. The only thing about this school was the Sunday night football and the friends you are able to make. The staff are unfriendly not interested in helping you as much, you may find very few teachers who actually care about your situation and academic efforts. If the term "every man for himself " was a school this would be it. The guidance councilors spread your business and they are very behind on sending transcripts to colleges if you are a senior. The academics, resources and safety of the school is very questionable like many of the teacher even though there is a good few you may find. the music and arts are the best things about this school even though they are planning to get rid of it.
My experience at Penn Wood High School was spectacular. They have many courses for you to choose from. The faculty and the principal at Penn Wood High School are excellent. Food is okay, most of the times. They help you become college and career ready. Many extracurricular activities to choose from and ways to help you become well-rounded. I would like to thank all of my teachers for everything throughout my High School career, until now, a junior. Your support always helped me. We have a bunch of AP classes to choose from and foreign languages to choose from. There are so many courses that we can walk away from at Penn Wood High School, knowing that was exactly what we needed.
