I have enjoyed my time at Pendleton High School, although I think theres room for improvement; just like every other school. No school is perfect, including PHS but my experience with most of the teachers here has been positive. Every teacher I have had has made the effort to help their students succeed in not only school but their social and home lives. The environment has to be my favorite part of the school though. The assemblies and activities provide students with the opportunity to expand socially. I think some teachers need some extra training but for the majority it is good.
Pendleton High School is home. The teachers there are always eager to get to know you and to help you succeed. The support I receive from every faculty member is what motivates me to pursue an education after I graduate. Along with faculty being supportive, the resources at Pendleton High School have helped me and so many other students either attend college or pursue a career after graduation. My experience at PHS has been nothing but positive, and without faculty and my peers I wouldn't be who I am today.
Pendleton High School has some amazing teachers who push their students to do their best. During senior year the counselors and success teachers work very close with students to help map out the next couple of years and help them acheive their goals. They assist with college applications, scholarships, financial aid, housing, and everything else that goes hand in hand with college. You can tell that the staff here genuinely care about each and every student that walks through the doors. You are welcomed with big smiles and kind hearts. Not only is this school extremely focused on your academic success, but they are so sports friendly and will push all students to participate in after school activities, sports, clubs, etc.
