I attended Patriot High School for all four years and it was solid! The school is beautiful. There are many clubs/activities/sports to get involved in. Most of my teachers have been wonderful, but like many students, there were some bad experiences regarding teachers. I've noticed that teachers in math/science are not exactly the best, but as I said, only a select few were not great for me. The coursework in every class was challenging, but I enjoyed that. Counselors, to be honest, are not very helpful in the first 3 years of your high school career, but in their defense, I never went to them for help until my senior year. My biggest complaint is the choir program. If you are coming to Patriot and taking choir, be prepared for a massive culture shock from middle school, because of the unnecessary rules and negative environment. Other performing arts classes are phenomenal though. Overall, my time at Patriot High School was really great!

I liked the resources that they had for students. There were laptops students could rent to finish school work. They had Ipads for students to use in the library. The career center was also instrumental and provide students with field trips and college outreach speakers from different universities. Patriot High School is a relatively new school and therefore is more uptight and lacks school spirit. More pep rallies and overall more encouragement from the administration to let students have more fun!
My teachers were the realest people I have ever met! The entire school, practically the entire town, would come out to support our teams - basketball, football, softball etc. There were hardly dull moments. Friday nights were dedicated to football, Homecoming was a week-long celebration. PowderPuff and Fall Festival were the friendliest competitions(maybe)..lol
I would not trade my four year as a true Patriot Pioneer!
