Patrick F. Taylor Science & Technology Academy Reviews
Rating 4.23 out of 5 158 reviews
As a student that attends Patrick F. Taylor Science and Technology academy, I believe that this school and its staff put education at the forefront of everything they do. Since it is a science and technology school, there are ample resources that can propel its students to excellence when it comes to science and technology matters. When it comes to extracurricular activities, PFTSTA funds the clubs by having different fundraisers specifically made for certain clubs. Sports is definitely not a priority, although they just built a new gym for basketball games and volleyball games. Overall, it is a great school, and I would absolutely recommend any approaching middle schoolers to attend this middle/high school.
Embracing Patrick Taylor since sixth grade has welcomed me to many opportunities, mainly Talented Art and excelling in Shotput and Discuss. Having the chance to experience the school culture and environment has really helped me boost my confidence and readiness level for college. The amazing pupils and loving faculty has brought happiness throughout Patrick Taylor constantly. Being welcomed with open arms daily and having one-on-one time with the teachers has been vital to my achievements, one being on Principal's Honor roll all four years of High school. My overall experience with Patrick. F. Taylor Science and Technology Academy has been nothing short of elevated with academics, college readiness, and diversity.
This is truly an amazing school. I was welcomed into the school with open arms as a sixth-grader and received all the help I could possibly hope for. While in middle school I created bonds with high schoolers and older students that changed my life. Patrick Taylor also has many opportunities for all students. The school has more athletic opportunities than any student could hope for. Clubs that range from environmental help to honor societies. The teachers really care about the well-being of the students and hope they not only pass the class but truly learn the material. This school has some of the highest levels of technology exposure compared to any other school. All of the classwork is on Chromebooks, with access to coding classes, and a fabrication lab to develop knowledge on real-world tools. This school changes students for the better and molds its students to be future leaders and great college students.
