I have attended Parkway Christian since I was a Freshman in high school. They made the transition to a new school way easier by having a new student orientation where current students went to it and go to know you. This helped because I went into high school knowing a few kids. I also really enjoy the small class sizes because the teachers can pay closer attention to you and your needs. Also, they keep Christianity at a forefront and tie it into our everyday lives. They offer a variety of honors and AP classes. I am grateful for AP classes because now I am walking into college with credits. The teachers at Parkway truly care for you and would do anything you needed to help. I would describe Parkway Christian as one big family!
Parkway is a family of believers in Christ who work together (staff, parents, and students) to help each student reach their highest potential academically and spiritually. The staff truly considers the needs of each individually, accepting them right where they are and then working with them to grow in all areas of their life.
Parkway Christian is a wonderful school. I appreciate that it is a smaller school because there is opportunities to get involved into everything that you want to. For me, I appreciated the fact that I could be involved in sports even though they were not my main ones. Because it is a smaller school, the relationship between teachers and students is very present. The teachers are willing to help the students in anyway they can.
