Some of the teachers at this school are amazing, others, some could even say life changing. The teachers that are good are incredibly helpful and informative and truly try to do their job by preparing students for college. Most, in my experience were dual credit teachers. The unfortunate part about that is that not all of the the dual credit teachers were good. Some lacked a lot of experience and skill in teaching in general. But for the most part, I have learned while attending this high school.

I loved that the change in staff allowed for better focus on academics. My first year at the school nobody cared about the students or how we could excel academically. Then my second year, there was a large change in staff and suddenly students who cared about academics were finally getting the correct attention. I do wish there was a wider variety of resource though. I feel like Parkland lacked a lot of resources for the class of 2018.
The teachers are there to help and never discriminate! They always give you the benefit of the doubt, if assignment was loss you can do it again for a 100. They let you leave campus for lunch which is great, since cafeteria food needs help. There's always administration in the hallways to greet and ask how its going. Although they are sometimes strict about dress code I understand the reason, its for our safety! Bottom line if I had to pick another high school to go to I wouldn't choose any other. I graduated i the top 10% of my class because of the dedication the teachers put forward to help their students, which they treat as if we were their own kids
