Park Avenue Elementary School Reviews

My daughter is just finishing up her first year of Kindergarten at Park. I can't say enough good things about this school. The teachers/staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and my daughter has learned so much this year. We have a very strong PTA and a lot of fun extra activities to do with kids throughout the year. I couldn't be happier with my child's educational experience at Park so far and I'm looking forward to many more great years here!

I had the greatest experience with my son Michael, (6 year old) with Ms Ingber and staff at Park Avenue elementary school. They cared and worried. I am glad I made the move. I appreciate all the hard work and patience.
All of the staff take an immense interest in each child. My daughter's teacher often responds to emails I send (usually after 5pm as that is when I am home from work and talk with my child about her day) within 30-45 minutes. She calls and emails at least once a week or sends little notes home about positive things the children do or if there is any concerns. When my daughter was not feeling well one day, the teacher sent her to the nurse and my daughter was sent back to class shortly after. Her teacher, realizing something was "just not right," sent her back and had them call me at work to explain how she was acting/feeling/eating/etc (I picked her up early and found out she had pneumonia which would have gone un-noticed at a larger school with teachers who don't take such an interest in knowing their students as well.
