As someone who graduated from Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory, at the time Paradise Valley Christian School, in the 90's, it's been encouraging to see the growth and development of the school in the subsequent decades. Since leaving PVCP, they have launched a high school that has quickly gained a reputation for academic rigor and instilling college preparedness in its graduates. The junior high and high school further distinguish themselves by developing deep, critical thinking in students through study of the humanities and use of Socratic seminars, giving graduates a thorough understanding of Western Civilization. All courses are taught within a Christian framework grounded in biblical truth.
If you are looking for a relatively small, healthy, caring "prep" school learning environment look no further, PVCP is your home !
Upon arriving, I immediately felt plugged in at PVCP when they recommended their weekly Moms In Prayer group on campus. Here, I dev deep relationships and incredible support group.
Thankful for Head Master and teachers who really love the kids and families. Sheryl Temple desires to really know these kids personally. Even when my eldest son felt he needed larger school, PVCP was supportive and blessed us as he left. Since leaving, my son discovered the smaller environment is more conducive to learning (something he needed to figure out for himself).
Weekly tutorials are a huge, unique bonus to helping high schoolers start off the week right.
Grateful for all levels and quality programs offered a personal and to explore performing arts, photography, archery robotics, sports, student leadership and more.

I cannot begin to tell you just how pleased I am with this school. The teaching staff and the administrators just seem to always go above and beyond the call of duty. Every teacher my children have had thus far seems to TRULY care about their success and development. I love this school!
