Palmetto High School(PHS) is the most amazing school. I truly believe in my heart nothing compares.
Over the four years, I have grown so much. Palmetto High has the infamous AICE Program that has enabled me to receive an AICE Diploma. I can sincerely say this would have not happened without the amazing, supporting, life-giving teachers that motivated me and taught me.
Not only amazing teachers but the administration cares for us too. The Assistant Principles and the Principle know me by name as I walk past them. We are not just faces they see but students they know. I feel important and needed. Palmetto is family orientated in a way that no person is left out. Most importantly, Palmetto is great because it makes me feel safe. The amount of tragic things that are happening around the world with school shooting is crazy and scary but Palmetto makes me feel safe and secure.
Being a Palmetto High student is amazing and I would not want to go to any other school.

I love to see the students get along at my school. The increase of fights and dramatic behavior need to stop. I'm scared that a shooting may happen here, but I'm not saying that to deter you. This school offers a lot of good extracurricular activities and I love the teachers here. All the ones I've ever had wanted to help me not fail me. I think with a little more strictness and structure, the negativity can go down. I recommend this school to a student that isn't economically doing well. To do what you love is cheaper at this school rather than all the other ones in the county. "Believe in what you do and go far." That's my motto. Go Tigers!
My four years at Palmetto High school were fun. There was never a day that went by without smiles and laughs. You're surrounded by people that become your family. Teachers are very hands-on and have extra help as needed. Always have someone there when you need it. The administration is on top of everything. Events and football games are the best. You always going to be involved at Palmetto they encourage their students to get into as much as possible! it was wonderful! If your thinking about going to Palmetto you totally should.
