Page High School has been a rollercoaster for me. I love the select friends I made but the overall community is horrible. There is a great division between different types of people, mostly depending on race. There is your occasional token minority in the group but they have to be nothing short of stereotypical to the group to be accepted. There is so much hate and discrimination between the students that it is overwhelming, especially homophobia and transphobia. If you are not the A+, usually white, up-to-trends, athletic, social student, you are nothing. While the student community is horrible, there are some select teachers that make this school 2 stars instead of 1. The teachers make the "unique" students feel wanted, cared for, and overall happy. There are some amazing teachers who would do anything for a student so they can excel as well as have a good life. I do not regret going to the school but I wish we could have a meeting to change the attitudes of the students.

I have had a great experience at Page High School. With almost 1,700 students, everyone manages to support each other. The school culture is very interconnected and can come together in time of need. The faculty is also very supportive and will be happy to aid their students in anything they need, which makes for a great learning environment. However, the school does have a few things that I would like to see change. The facilities are very old, and outdated, some having mold, leaks, or mice running around. The academics here are very high and competitive, causing every student to try their best and receive the highest grades possible.
I love Page because of it’s community and the pride we share in our teams and peers. It is where you find your life long friends! It doesn’t matter whether you are into Tennis or Theatre or Anime, there is a place for you at Page High School and no matter what your interests are, you can feel accepted.
