PACT Charter School | Secondary Campus Reviews
Rating 3.29 out of 5 94 reviews
The thing I like most about PACT is the closeness of the teachers and students. With such a small class size (only 50 per grade) everyone quickly gets to know each other, and it gives the teachers a chance to get to know the students on a more personal level than merely their name, which can be the case at schools with larger class sizes. The extracurriculars at PACT are also one of the finer parts of the school, especially the fine arts programs. However, despite the great relationships, teachers, and activities, issues such as bullying and harassment tend to go unaddressed until the last second, and the issues themselves are typically minimized; the actions taken to combat the schoolwide issues are much less severe than one would expect. These problems aren't an everyday occurrence, but when they do take place, the administration sweeps them under a rug until they're impossible to ignore due to the *student body* putting pressure on the *administration* to take care of them.
I like PACT and appreciate its math academics the most. I believe the math classes here were able to properly prepare me for PSEO. The environment is amazing and the teachers actually enjoy their jobs, which makes learning soooooo much easier and less stressful!
Awesome. Dress code changes, more class offerings. Same class sizes. Fridays off sometimes. Parents involved is great. Add more sports.
