Pace High School is Superior!
I'm involved in Band, and have been for the last 4 years.
Our Band is High Ranking, and competes in the State Competition nearly every year. We typically rank in the top 3 bands in the state.
I'm involved in BETA and other clubs.
Our school offers a small town feel, but with lots of options for clubs, activities, and social events.
We don't have as many clicks as other schools.
The football players root the band on, the band roots the football team on, the cheerleaders love the band, etc... We all work together!
As far as College Readiness, we have one of the highest percentage rates of college attendees, scholarship recipients, grant recipients, etc...

Pace High offers great academic programs for its students. Such as a variety of AP classes and a new program called AP seminar allowing its students to receive the one-hundred percent tier of the Bright Future Scholarship. One thing about the environment of Pace High is that it has many cliques that one could join, whether it be sports, or any other clubs. Such as Beta, SGA, or even a Chess Club. Pace High provides a wide variety of clubs and academic tracks for its students. The counselors at Pace High provide good guidance for its students. One for example is currently assisting me enroll in an duel enrollment course and is already building my schedule for my senior year. Pace High is lacking in diversity though but the environment is fair for all races. No school is going to have all good teachers but for the most part, Pace High has hired well equipped teachers who not only can teach but care if the student does well in his or her class.
Overall, I loved Pace High! It was a great school to be a part of and I’m so blessed to have met all the wonderful friends that it brought me. Although, if I could change one thing it would be the teachers and how they connect with the students. I would like to see more genuine interaction between the two, but other than that it was fantastic!
