    Overbrook Catholic School, located on 83 acres in the heart of Nashville, is a private, Catholic co-educational school for preschool – sixth-grade students. OCS offers an education in truth and virtue where the dignity of each human person made in the image of God is at the center of all we do.

    Courses are academically rigorous, yet developmentally appropriate to foster a child’s ability to think and communicate. OCS utilizes a Montessori-based, hybrid approach for the youngest students to be prepared for Kindergarten. Every grade level has a signature STEM project, including tapping maple trees and caring for sheep.

    Students excel in academics, participate in 15 athletic teams, and conduct service projects. Owned and operated by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia since 1936, OCS offers small class sizes, multilayered support, and 30 non-athletic afterschool programs.
