I appreciate the quality education OUSD has provided but I would like to see the money our school recieves go towards bettering the campus or installing a window in our classrooms. I also don't appreciate when teachers discuss politics during class time in their biased views. If they want to bring up a political issue that's relevant to the class then do so and allow students to share what they think with each other. I also think it is deplorable how our schools no longer offer core elective classes like wood shop or home ec! I would appreciate an elective that taught me how to balance a checkbook or teach me about taxes.
I generally have been pleased with this school and the teachers I've worked with. What would be better, though, is more options course wise and better funding for the school (but that is a district problem, not a school one).
They need to update the schools and better lunch food. The teachers are good. But the buildings and learning supply are out of date
