Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic School Reviews
Rating 5 out of 5 1 review
I transferred to OLR after attending another local Catholic school in the spring of my seventh grade year. After struggling through science and math classes I wasn't prepared for, I excelled at OLR. I was welcomed with open arms and immediately felt like a member of the family. Marianne Tully was principal at the time, and she did a phenomenal job at ensuring the OLR enviroment was inclusive. Student safety was definitely a priority. Some of my classmates struggled in their classes, but I felt I assimilated very well. I quickly got involved in extracurriculars and volunteering opportunities. I ended up transferring after seventh grade because I finally got accepted at the school I'd always wanted to go to, but I absolutely loved OLR. The teachers make themselves readily available for the students. Since the new church building was constructed last year, Mass is such a beautiful experience.
