My ten year experience at this school couldn't have been more amazing! I have the best memories from all the fun activities I have done. There is always something going on. We have multiple days over the cours of the year where we have fun. However, there is a time to play and a time to pray ( the most memorable quotes at ththe school). Faith is something taken very seriously. My faith developed strongly with religion class, masses, and other religious events. Ian addition, the variety of athletic teams helped students to grow even closer to each other. Another thing that makes the school unique is the community. Everyone is always there to help and aid one another. The faculty and staff are always congratulating and celebrating students' accomplishments.
Overall, I love my experience at OLL!! The academics are the best in the area. When we got to high school, my OLL peers and I were so much prepared and knew so much more than kids from other schools in the area. In addition, the sports at this school were incredibly amazing. The school has titles in a variety of sports. The community is so welcoming and loving. These people quickly become your family.
Very few are bullied. Bullied and harassment are not tolerated and teachers watch over students carefully. The school is very safe. Students go over several drills to ensure further safety. All visitors must get a visitor pass and if there is a stranger on campus it is called. The school nurse is always available for ice, band aids, or stronger medicines for bigger accidents. Overall, I think the school is very safe because the teachers are trained for different scenarios and they are always teachers around to monitor student activity.
