I loved it mostly because of small class sizes allowing me to get the help I needed when I was struggling. Also the school has allotted time before school on Mondays and Tuesdays where the teachers are there early so student that need it can get help or makeup missed work. The faculty and staff are truly amazing and always willing to help, and you can tell they truly love teaching! Also, I love that my grade is only 100 people and I know and talk to each and every one of them. This is a very special experience especially because at most high schools you’ll see new people everyday.

Providence is a great place to be at. I was lucky enough to attend Providence starting at 7th grade, when they still had their Junior high. So I think I’m qualified to talk about how great of a school Providence really is. One of my favorite things about Providence is the community, and how they really make you feel like you’re part of a family. Everyone at the school really cares about you, and it always rooting for your success. One thing I’d like to see change at Providence would be the uniforms. I’d be nice to have something a little more comfortable to wear, while still looking nice. One more thing I love is their learning atmosphere. Not only do they challenge you to learn at difficult level, but they make it easy for you to achieve those high levels. They do this by having such an encouraging and helpful group of teachers. Overall Providence is an amazing school. When I graduate with the class of 2019, I know I will be ready to take on college. All thanks to PHS.
For the money spent on this school, there is not a variety in courses and what courses there are are poorly run. Cliques are encouraged and students who struggle trying to be a part of the community are not only shunned but told by counselors that they need medication. Diversity among students is not encouraged and students who are different in either belief or sexuality are not treated well. Teachers play favorites beyond reason and typically use online presentations and tests that do not match. Any teachers that are good and excellent at their job end up leaving or their one-year contracts are not renewed. I hope the school eventually improves, it could bare to be much better then what it is.
