I love my school very much! I have attended here since the 8th grade, due to my grandparents introducing me to this school. Being able to attend a private, Catholic institution, has allowed me to grow smarter in my education and faith. Also, it has allowed me to move on from middle school to high school, without being stressed about a new learning enviorment!
Since attending Our Lady of Mt. Carmel it has been a blast and sad to say it's my last year because I'll be attending college in the fall of 2021. Things that I would change in the school are more bringing more clubs within the school and have the school focus on both academics achievements and athletic achievement. equally. also, bring more excitement to pep rallies and make the school look more appealing. One thing I look forward to every year at my school is the seasonal festival where everyone comes and has a great weekend with carnival rides and games.
My last four years at Our Lady of Mt Carmel High School (OLMC) have been a rollercoaster, but it was just like family. Every family has its share of ups and downs, but the way they come together in the end displays their unity. OLMC has done everything it can to possibly make everyone feel welcome, whether it is required retreats, so you get to know your classmates better, or olympic day, where we can have friendly competition throughout the entire school. The absolute only thing i’d change about my school is the food, but overall OLMC is a beautiful school that i’d highly recommend attending.
